Cancellation and Return Policy

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for standard products.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

• Custom-made jewelry
• Products with names, initials, or dates
• Jewelry that cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons

Once the return is approved, refunds are processed within 14 days.
